Welcome to Keystone’s premier vacation rental house. Look no further, this is the finest property you will find in the resort!
Ample parking is available in the driveway and three-car garage.
Ground Level.
The home boasts 6000 sq/ft of sophisticated living space. The ground floor family room has a 47” Sharp flat screen, Blu-ray player, and wet bar. Comfy armchairs encourage relaxation by the gas fireplace, and a foosball table affords hours of exciting group diversion. The private theatre provides for fun movie nights with two-tiered seating for eight people, a massive screen, and state-of-the-art surround sound.
On the same floor there are two bedrooms. One has a queen-size bed, private patio entrance, and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and granite countertops. The other bedroom offers a queen-size bed, 32” Vizio flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The home’s main laundry room is located adjacent. Convenient storage for up to 8 pairs of boots and gloves is available on the warming system in the garage.
Second Level.
On the second level, the Great Room features an enormous kitchen with serious “wow” factor. The gleaming granite breakfast bar seats five, and high-end stainless steel appliances include two dishwashers, a warming drawer, an oversized refrigerator, separate wine fridge, and a six-burner gas range with double ovens and a griddle. An espresso machine is guaranteed to put a pep in your step!
Enjoy festive meals at the round dining table for eight, surrounded by panoramic mountain and Arapahoe National Forest views. After dinner, kick back in the lounge with plush seating for 11 and a 50” TV.
The master suite offers a king bed, en suite bath, fireplace, and a 50” flat screen that rises up out of the dresser at the touch of a button.
Third Level.
The home’s third level has three more guest rooms. The first has a queen-size bed, fireplace, and private balcony. The bathroom has a jetted tub and granite countertops. The next features a king-size bed and two twin beds; a spa-style en suite bath has a jetted tub and dual granite vanity. The final bedroom has a king bed plus a twin-size bed and en suite bath with shower/tub combo.
A sitting room with another fireplace, an additional bath, and the second laundry room can also be found on the third floor.
Outside.
Outside, warm your hands at the fire pit, enjoy spectacular views from multiple decks, or soak in the hot tub surrounded by lush woodlands.

The house itself is immaculate and spacious. Kitchen was fully stocked, bathrooms were spotless, bedrooms had zero shared walls, so privacy was never an issue. Needless to say, we loved this house!
Lastly, I want to acknowledge the amazing customer service provided by the folks at TurnKey Rentals. I had a couple unusual requests and they did everything within reason to accommodate us.
